As the master association, the Community Association is dedicated to maintaining the natural beauty and historical significance of Bonita Bay

When purchasing property within the gates of Bonita Bay, all homeowners automatically become "members" of the Community Association – the entity responsible for maintaining common areas; grounds, roads, streetlights, lake and storm water management, plus all recreational parks including the Beach Park.

Residents are also invited to participate in events hosted by the Activities department; from the favored Christmas Tree Lighting & Holiday Celebration and Easter Egg Hunt to the plethora of life-long learning presentations and mindful-movement classes - there truly is something for every interest! Community Patrol and our professionally-staffed Design Review department complete the Community Association’s reach to assure long-term cohesiveness and connectivity.

Did you know that Bonita Bay was the first gated community nationwide to donate over one million dollars to United Way? Our residents generously donate to many philanthropic causes to enhance the local community.
