Residents enjoy this prime location for cookouts with family or neighbors or hosting large Resident Club events, all from the privately- owned, gulf-front facility. During the seasonal months, a daily shuttle service is offered for the convenience of beach visits without the hassle of driving.

Residents and their guests enjoy a plethora of shore-based activities like swimming, sunning, shelling, bird-watching, or fishing from this staff-attended park. Picnic pavilions, grills, beach chairs and lounges, umbrellas, showers, restrooms (equipped with infant changing stations), and private parking are provided in a native beachfront landscaped venue.
